The Canyons, Castle Pines
A brand-new semi-custom home for a blended family of six. When a construction change left the kitchen feeling like a bowling alley, Kendra reworked it with double islands, added storage, and a true breakfast nook. Teal paneling, bold wallpaper, and collected pieces made a builder-basic house entirely their own.

Yes. The Canyons at Castle Pines is exactly that story: a semi-custom home elevated far past the builder package with reworked spaces, custom built-ins, and layered furnishings. Semi-custom homes often benefit from a designer most.
We have, and it saved the kitchen. At The Canyons, an unexpected construction change was reworked into double islands and one of the home's best gathering spaces. Earlier is better, but mid-build course corrections are a real part of our work.
