Designing in Cherry Hills Village

Without intentional design, a home this size starts to feel like a lobby, beautiful from the doorway and anonymous everywhere else. Our work goes the other direction. We design estate homes room by room, so a house with square footage to spare still reads as collected, personal, and warm, full of the unexpected details that reward the people who actually live there.
Serious projects here tend to be one of two things: a whole-home renovation that finally makes an older property live the way you do, or a new build that needs a designer at the table before drywall closes anything in. E+E is built for both. Kendra Stewart, our founder and principal designer, brings more than fifteen years of design and construction experience, including architectural detailing, construction documentation, and custom cabinetry. Our two closest projects sit directly next door in Greenwood Village. One was a down-to-the-studs whole-home renovation with a hidden wood-paneled dining wall concealing china storage and a pool bath. The other, Fulton Street, took a flipped house custom: opened ceilings, white oak beams, a home that finally matched its owners. In Castle Pines we joined a semi-custom new build early enough to make it genuinely custom, with double kitchen islands and teal paneling designed around a family of six.
