Designing in Greenwood Village
Greenwood Village homes were built for land, not for layouts. Behind the mature cottonwoods and acre lots, you find ranches and two-stories from the sixties through the eighties: solid bones, generous footprints, and floor plans that stopped making sense a few owners ago. Low ceilings over great rooms. Kitchens walled off from the yards that make these properties worth keeping. It is exactly the kind of house we love, because the gap between what it is and what it could be is enormous, and closing that gap is what a down-to-the-studs renovation does best.
We have renovated two whole homes in Greenwood Village, both in 2021, and both taught us how these houses want to live. Our Greenwood Village renovation went down to the studs and came back with a wood-paneled dining wall that conceals china storage and a pool bath, built for the indoor-outdoor entertaining these lots invite. Fulton Street, also in the Village, started as a flipped house and became a custom one: ceilings opened, white oak beams overhead, every finish reconsidered. Both projects finished in 2021, and both still guide how we design here.

Straight answers for Greenwood Village
Yes, two whole home renovations, both in 2021. One took a Village home down to the studs and rebuilt it around entertaining, including a paneled dining wall that hides china storage and a pool bath. The other, our Fulton Street project, opened ceilings and added white oak beams to take a flipped house fully custom. Greenwood Village is the strongest concentration of finished work in our portfolio outside Denver.
