Castle Pines splits neatly into two design problems, and we find both of them interesting. In The Canyons, families are working through builder design centers, choosing from a card of approved finishes while the clock runs. In Castle Pines Village and Forest Park, custom homes from earlier decades sit on wooded lots with great bones and interiors that no longer match the people living in them. One calls for a designer who can push a builder's plan further than the options sheet allows. The other calls for a thoughtful remodel. We do both.
Kendra brings more than fifteen years of design and construction experience to the table, with a background in architectural detailing, construction documentation and custom cabinetry. It means our drawings speak your builder's language. We know which structural selections must be locked before drywall and which decisions can wait for the furniture plan. That fluency is what lets a semi-custom home carry unexpected details, a paneled wall, a second island, cabinetry drawn to the inch, without derailing the schedule. We are in Castle Pines right now. The Canyons, our current project, began as a semi-custom builder plan and is being made fully custom for a family of six: double kitchen islands so everyone has a place to land, teal paneling, detailing drawn for real daily life rather than a model home. Our in-progress Canyons project is a semi-custom build we are making custom, and Kendra's background in construction documentation means our drawings and selections fold cleanly into a builder's process.
