The Story

Selected designer for the 2025 Colorado Designer Showhouse, Kendra designed a guest bedroom and laundry that carry the E+E signature: bold color, layered pattern, and rooms made for real life.

Showhouses are design at full volume: one room, one designer, no client brief to hide behind. For the 2025 Colorado Designer Showhouse in Denver's Washington Park, E+E was selected to design a guest bedroom and a laundry room.

The bedroom wraps a vaulted ceiling in blue-gray paneling, hangs a black woven pendant at its center, and layers the bed with botanical pattern and fresh peonies. An arched mirror, a navy nightstand vignette, and a vanity carry the palette further.

The laundry refuses to be a service space: fan-motif wallpaper, black cabinetry, brass hardware, and patterned tile turn the smallest room on the tour into one visitors remember.
