A Littleton Interior Designer Whose Education Started Here
Kendra Stewart earned her interior design degree at Arapahoe Community College, right here in Littleton. Now her studio, E+E Design Consulting, brings full-service renovation and new-build design back to the town where her training began.
Designing in Littleton
Littleton is where Kendra learned the fundamentals: drafting, space planning, the discipline of drawing a room so it can actually be built. She earned her A.A.S. in Interior Design at Arapahoe Community College, and the buildable, detail-obsessed approach that defines E+E Design Consulting took root in those classrooms. Years of architectural detailing, custom cabinetry, and high-end residential work later, that education has become a Denver studio recognized at the 2025 IDS Designer of the Year Awards. Designing for Littleton homeowners feels less like adding a service area and more like coming back around.
Littleton's housing stock rewards a designer who can work across eras. Mid-century ranches and split-levels near Old Littleton carry good bones and low ceilings that want opening up. The estate lots of Bow Mar and Columbine Valley hold custom homes ready for thoughtful whole-home renovation. And Sterling Ranch is delivering new builds by the hundreds, most of them waiting for someone to make the builder's palette anything but ordinary. Whether your project is a down-to-the-studs remodel or furnishing a brand-new build, we design rooms that are boldly personal and beautifully buildable, with the unexpected details that make a house feel collected rather than decorated.
Our finished projects ring Littleton. Fifteen minutes east in Greenwood Village, we rebuilt a whole home down to the studs, hiding china storage behind a wood-paneled dining wall. At Fulton Street nearby, white oak beams and opened ceilings turned a flipped house into a custom one. South in Castle Pines, we are currently making a semi-custom build feel anything but standard for a family of six. Littleton sits comfortably inside the territory we already know.

Straight answers for Littleton
Not yet, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise. Our nearest completed renovations are in Greenwood Village, with a new build underway in Castle Pines. Littleton is personal for us though: Kendra earned her interior design degree at Arapahoe Community College, so taking on work here feels like a homecoming rather than an expansion.
Full-service design for serious projects: whole-home renovations, custom remodels, kitchen and bath design, new-construction selections, and furniture selection with styling. Littleton's mix of mid-century ranches, estate properties, and brand-new builds suits that range well. If you are opening up a 1960s floor plan or personalizing a semi-custom home, that is squarely the work we love.
Call the studio at 720.883.2821 or reach out through our contact page. We start with a conversation about your home, how you live in it, and what feels off. Kendra is known for asking the right questions early, then translating your answers into a design that is intentional, livable, and fully buildable before construction ever begins.
