The Castle Rock Interior Designer Who Speaks Fluent Builder
Just south of our current new build in Castle Pines, E+E Design Consulting brings elegant, edgy, buildable design to Castle Rock's fast-growing streets: new construction, custom remodels, and whole-home furnishing.
Designing in Castle Rock
Castle Rock is growing faster than almost anywhere on the Front Range, and you can read it in the rooflines: new streets in The Meadows and Macanta, semi-custom builds climbing toward Crystal Valley, and a builder's option sheet that offers everyone the same three quartz colors. That sameness is the opportunity. With 15+ years spanning architectural detailing, construction documentation, and custom cabinetry, Kendra reads plans the way builders do, then pushes them somewhere personal: a paneled entry the spec never imagined, a kitchen reworked around how your family actually cooks, unexpected details that make a new house feel collected instead of issued.
Not every Castle Rock project starts with a slab. Plum Creek's golf course homes from the nineties, established streets in Founders Village and Castlewood Ranch, and acreage properties out toward Keene Ranch are all reaching the age where a thoughtful renovation earns its keep: kitchens and baths first, then whole-home work that makes the plan live the way you do. Our Denver studio is a straight shot down I-25, close enough for regular site visits and builder walk-throughs. Whether we are furnishing a just-finished build or taking a main floor down to the studs, the goal is the same: intentional, livable, anything but ordinary.
The closest proof is one exit up I-25. At The Canyons in Castle Pines, directly north of Castle Rock, we are turning a semi-custom new build into something fully custom for a family of six: double kitchen islands, teal paneling, and a plan reshaped around real daily life. It is exactly the kind of builder collaboration Castle Rock's newest neighborhoods call for, and we would gladly bring the same approach a few minutes south.

What Castle Rock homeowners ask
Our current new build project sits at The Canyons in Castle Pines, directly adjacent to Castle Rock, and our Stonegate main floor renovation is just up the road in the Parker area. We have not yet completed a project inside Castle Rock itself, which is exactly why we are being straightforward about it. Douglas County is familiar territory, and the drive from our Denver studio is an easy one.
Yes, and it is where our background does the heavy lifting. Kendra's 15+ years include architectural detailing, construction documentation, and custom cabinetry, so we can review plans, refine elevations, and hit selection deadlines in the builder's own language. The earlier we join, ideally before selections lock, the more we can shift: layouts, lighting plans, trim profiles, and the unexpected details a standard option sheet will never offer.
Everything the studio offers in Denver travels south: full-service interior design, new construction support, custom remodels, whole-home renovation, kitchen and bath design, and furniture selection and styling. For a newer home that just needs personality, a home refresh or full furnishing plan is often the right scale. For Plum Creek and Founders Village houses ready for bigger moves, we design renovations that are boldly personal and beautifully buildable.
